[news] Digi-CD TOD HUETE UEBEL "Malicia" is out now!

Digi-CD TOD HUETE UEBEL "Malicia" is out now! (Possession Productions)

Possession productions present the Portuguese artistic chimera TOD HUETET UEBEL that unimaginably combines traditional misanthropic Black Metal and really dark and destructive ambient music.

The first full-length album "Malicia" is now released as limited edition. The design of a 6-panel Digi-CD created by extravagant Parisian
Jean-Emmanuel "Valnoir" Simoulin. It was he who perfectly designed artworks for more than 150 bands, including ALCEST, ANTAEUS, The Black Dahlia Murder, BEHEMOTH, Der Blutharsch, SÓLSTAFIR, ASCENSION, LAIBACH, MORBID ANGEL, PARADISE LOST, PESTE NOIRE, TAAKE, ULVER and WATAIN. It is the Artist who painted blood and paint from human bones in the modern world. He is the only who could display the dark essence of "Malicia" album in the visual form!

No doubt that the album would be liked by those who seek a genuine darkness in music. Difficult music, but straightforward in its message. And really atmospheric. DEATHSPELL OMEGA, ABIGOR, BLUT AUS NORD and SESCRETS OF THE MOON can become reference points for illumination in damp dungeons soundscapes of TOD HUETET UEBEL. And we guarantee that this band has its own face. Albeit for most people it is rather face of disfigured monster that reflecting in the steel scythe. A monster, which comes to everyone in the end of his life....

Canadian death / black metallers HAIDUK have revealed a new track entitled "Xhadex".
The track was taken off from the band's latest album, "Demonicon", which was released independently on September 9th. The follow-up to the critically-acclaimed "Spellbook" was in the making for about three years and presents a 9 song concept-album about 9 demons, where each song is about a different demon. The artwork was created by Gragoth, from Luciferium War Graphics.

[news] Movimento d'Avanguardia Ermetico - Torri Del Silenzio (2015)

Movimento d'Avanguardia Ermetico - Torri Del Silenzio (Avantgarde Music 2015)

The third full length album by Movimento d’Avanguardia Ermetico is being released in September in a deluxe A5 digibook, plus a 100 copies boxed limited edition including stones and prints. It was recorded using analog equipment and instrumentations to try and capture the 90’s sound that is sort of slowly vanishing these days. MDAE succeeded in removing certain limitations from their music and are becoming now a band accessible by a much wider audience though still keeping a sophisticated aesthetic and approach (the new album layout is filled with many philosophical and poetical quotes)

[news] IN TWILIGHT'S EMBRACE stream 'The Grim Muse' in full

IN TWILIGHT'S EMBRACE stream 'The Grim Muse' in full

A week before it hits the streets, 'The Grim Muse', the third album by Polish death metal mavericks In Twilight's Embrace is now being streamed in full at NoCleanSinging. The record, being a sort of breach in the black metal-dominated scene in Poland, will be unleashed by Arachnophobia Records on 15th September. Containing 49 minutes of raw yet melodic death metal, 'The Grim Muse' is the band's most complete and defining work as of yet.
“Melodic death metal” may be the closest simple genre description for this music, but it’s also one that would be misleading to a lot of listeners, in part because there is considerable variety among the album’s 11 tracks and in part because the record’s overall atmosphere, like its name, is grim — and vicious. If we’re going to use that genre term, let’s at least call it Melodic DEATH Metal.

(…) The Grim Muse is an electrifying listening experience, and I hope it gets the attention it deserves, because it really is one of the highlights of 2015. It rekindles the excitement of the first time I heard Terminal Spirit Disease and Slaughter of the Soul without feeling like a re-tread, and that’s an accomplishment worth praising” - states Ilias Lander of NoCleanSinging.com in the review of In Twilight's Embrace third work and he does not exaggerate.

Have a grim yet enjoyable listening experience then.
Let the grand breach expand!
