GRIFT LP / ALDA & FLUISTERAARS CDs out now (Eisenton) Eisenton is glad to announce that the LP edition of GRIFT's new album “Syner” is out on October 2nd and is now available for orders. It is released in collaboration with our partners at Nordvis and limited to 300 copies. For those who will be attending the Grift tour in Germany, copies will be available directly from the artist. The band has however decided to keep the real identities a secret. It has decided to let the overpowering music do all the talking. That's not such a bad idea given that the music is the foulest, darkest and sickest I've heard in a long, long time. Bands that are redolent of the mighty cult legends Blood (circa 'O Agios Pethane') and Infester are very hard to come by these days. Incantation clones are preponderant but rarely you come across bands like Ruin. The music is suffocatingly heavy, dense, dark as your enemy's soul, and relentless like your recurring nightmare. This blends in influences of the aforementioned underground giants, as well as Autopsy, Derketa, Abscess, Grave Miasma, Cruciamentum, Carcass (first album) and Necros Christos.
